Today, the company works with 144 producers and owns or manages farms and washing stations across several regions of Ethiopia.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe coffee is processed with great care: after depulping, the beans undergo 48 to 72 hours of fermentation before being washed and slowly dried on raised beds. The company holds both organic and Fair for Life certifications, and reinvests part of its revenue into producing communities through initiatives supporting education, infrastructure and healthcare.
