    TASTING

Brown sugar at the beginning of the sip, a little taste of graham cracker at the end, this coffee is a must have! Easy to love, it's perfect for a first entry in the Récolte series.

    ORIGIN

Mexico offers us more and more beautiful lots, the quality is increasing year after year.

Pluma is a variety that we like to roast very much. Over the last few decades, Pluma coffee production has evolved dramatically, moving from the hands of large estates to the hands of small local farmers. Today, Pluma is almost exclusively the province of smallholders with farms averaging only 1 to 2 hectares in size.

    ROASTING

This roasting is not too dark, it respects the grain and what it has to offer, i.e. sugar! We don't want smoke or chocolate notes in this case. The development is a little longer to caramelize the sugar notes.

    DRINKING

It's the ideal morning coffee, the one you take with your eyes glued together before getting ready to go to work. It will also make a wonderful sweet latte.
