Pluma is a variety that we like to roast a lot. Over the last few decades, Pluma coffee production has evolved dramatically, moving from the hands of large estates to the hands of small local farmers. Today, the Oaxaca region is almost exclusively made up of small farmers with farms averaging only 1 to 2 hectares in size.
With this lot, 36 families are encouraged to make small productions and take care of the sorting, depulping, fermentation, washing and drying.
This coffee will please cappuccino and latte lovers, it goes perfectly with milk.
