    TASTE

A unique, silky and captivating lot with fruit-forward, slightly tropical character. This indigenous 74158 variety expresses a personality all its own.The first sip reveals a smooth, silky texture that highlights a delicate blackberry-like acidity. The cup then evolves into a comforting note of orange chocolate, where citrus tones blend into a subtle fruit-driven profile. A coffee that is both soft, expressive, and beautifully balanced.

    ORIGIN

In Kokose, within the Bensa region of Sidama, Bekele Yutute has quickly established himself as a producer to watch. Active in specialty coffee since 2021, he is known for his carefully crafted natural and anaerobic lots. This coffee, produced at the Ganjobe station, showcases the 74158 variety, widely grown in the region. The cherries are dried on raised beds following the traditional “natural” process, contributing to the cup’s depth and signature texture.

    BREWING

A velvety espresso, a silky filter, a soft and comforting latte. This coffee stands out for its versatility. As a filter, blackberry notes come forward clearly and gain complexity as the cup cools. In espresso, tropical notes take the lead, supported by a chocolate-orange finish. In milk, the profile becomes rounder and more comforting, with a well-integrated fruit sweetness.
