TASTE
An avalanche of cocoa opens the cuáp with intensity and plenty of sweetness. Little by little, a soft note of black cherry comes through, recalling Black Forest cake. Roasted nuts follow, carried by a creamy texture that makes this coffee just as comforting in the morning as it is indulgent alongside an evening dessert.
ORIGIN
This regional lot from Cauca brings together the harvests of several small producers, generally between 10 and 30, whose coffees are evaluated and selected in Popayn. The blend is built around a versatile and balanced profile, where sweetness and fruity character rest on a solid foundation of cocoa or caramel.
BREWING
As an espresso, it is robust and generous, with a classic profile that leans fully into its indulgent side. With steamed milk, it becomes especially comforting: its creamy texture gains even more presence while its chocolate notes become rounder and softer. It lends itself naturally to fall recipes, from spiced drinks to tiramisu.
As a filter coffee, it shows its easygoing side without becoming boring. Easy to drink, it still offers enough nuance for those who like to linger over the subtleties in their cup, while remaining perfectly at home with a little milk or sugar. An approachable coffee that is just as enjoyable on its own.
