    TASTE

This Peruvian lot is a seasonal favorite, offering a coffee with a wide range of aromas that are both comforting and gently bright, highlighting the elegance of washed coffees. From the first sip, soft and sweet citrus notes reminiscent of mandarin open the cup, gradually giving way to deeper notes of brown sugar and praline. The finish is both creamy and lightly syrupy, creating a pleasant texture that lingers on the palate.

    ORIGIN

Located at 1850 meters above sea level, Finca El Cacao is operated by producer Fredesvinda Estela and her husband under the name El Morito. These young producers cultivate the varieties Caturra Amarillo, Bourbon, Marshell and Catuai, all processed exclusively using the washed method. Their approach allows them to consistently produce remarkable coffees season after season.

    BREWING

As an espresso, citrus notes stand out quickly, supported by a praline-like body that balances the cup.Milk-based drinks such as cortados reveal a profile that is both approachable and slightly exotic. As a filter coffee, the cup becomes more delicate while maintaining body and brightness. The citrus notes soften while brown sugar accompanies the finish.A versatile coffee that will appeal to both fans of classic profiles and curious drinkers alike.
