    TASTING

A warm, natural Ethiopian—just the way we like it! From the very first sip, we experience a deep sweetness with aromas of ripe mango, which transitions into notes of passion fruit, before blowing us away with floral scents reminiscent of lavender and bergamot. A captivating finish with candied lime notes leaves an impressive sweetness on the palate, making us crave another sip!

    ORIGIN

From the Testi Ayla station in Sidama, located in the Bombe region, the Ayla lot has been dried in cherry on raised beds. Serving approximately 375 neighboring farmers, from whom 2.5 hectares of production is harvested, we are thrilled to have selected such a batch from this remarkable region.

    DRINKING

An incomparable filter coffee and a sweet espresso to die for. This coffee will elevate your milk-based beverages to tropical heights. While it will astound you as a short espresso, it will comfort you with its sweetness when brewed as a filter.
