    TASTING

A Mexican coffee that embodies all the attributes we seek at Nektar! A classic and comforting cup that everyone agrees on. With a syrupy, chocolatey body, it reveals an authentic expression of terroir, allowing a sweet cranberry aroma to wrap around the "brownie" notes before giving way to a smooth vanilla finish.

    ORIGIN

The Puhuac lot is a blend of four different cultivars, harvested in the Puebla region of Mexico. Local small-scale farmers combined their plots, ranging from 1 to 3 hectares of coffee trees, to create an exceptional washed lot. This coffee was fermented in wooden barrels for 24 to 48 hours before being dried on raised beds for 4 to 10 days.

    TASTING

In a traditional espresso, this coffee perfectly embodies the pure expression of a "classic" at Nektar. At 9 bars of pressure, with a 1:2 ratio, a double shot enhances any milk-based beverage. It's also the most versatile filter coffee, as it won't denature, no matter whether you add milk or sugar. It’s also ideal for your culinary recipes. Don’t hesitate to write to us if you make the best tiramisu of your life thanks to it!
