If I buy a subscription, when will it start? 

The subscription will start at the time of purchase, which means that you will receive your first shipment of coffee a few days after you place your order. This order will automatically renew itself according to the frequency you have chosen. At any time you can change this frequency in the "Manage my subscriptions" section of your account.

Can I change the frequency of orders?

In the My Account section, you will see a "Manage my subscriptions" button. If you do not have an account, we strongly suggest you create one here. This will allow you to change the frequency of orders, change the date of the next shipment or pause the subscription.

In the My Account section, you will see a "Manage my subscriptions" button. If you do not have an account, we strongly suggest you create one here. You will then be able to change the date of the next shipment, change the frequency or pause the subscription.

How can I change my choice of coffee?

In the "Manage my subscription" section available in the My Account page, see the "Products in your subscription" tab. By pressing "Swap product" you will be able to change your product for another one and choose new coffees.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you just want to take a break, you can skip an order and start again later. In the My Account section, you will see a "Manage my subscriptions" button. If you do not have an account, we strongly suggest that you create one here.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes, you can offer a subscription as a gift. We have a prepaid subscription product if you want to offer a fixed quantity of shipments. You can enter a delivery address different from your billing address and we will take care of delivering without an invoice.

Can I subscribe to a Récolte Series coffee?

At this time, we do not offer a one-time subscription on the Récolte Series coffees, except for the roaster's choices in our subscription offers. The Récolte Series lots are too small to offer an interesting regularity to subscribers. The roaster's choice allows you to enjoy a wide range of flavors with the chance to have a different coffee almost every time.

How is the Roaster’s choice chosen?

Each week we choose three different coffees that will be sent as the roaster's choice in the subscription orders. We believe that all the coffees in the Récolte series can be enjoyed as filter as well as espresso. The roaster's choice allows you to explore a wide range of flavors with the chance to have a different coffee almost every time.

Why did I receive the same Roaster choice as my previous order?

Each week we choose three different coffees to be sent as the roaster's choice in subscription orders. Since our Récolte series contains seven coffees, the roaster selection may be repeated after a few weeks. That said, we have an almost monthly turnover of new coffees. It is therefore very likely that you will receive a new selection the next time you place an order.
