    TASTING

A warmly herbaceous cup, with a green grape aroma and a pronounced note of cane sugar. This coffee tastes like oolong tea blended with fresh green grape juice. We found a sparkling profile to represent Indonesia this year, and the Aceh region, in Sumatra, has produced a coffee with unusual and extraordinary aromas, allowing us, once again, to re-launch our exploration of "funky" terroirs!

    ORIGIN

This batch of Indonesian coffee comes directly from the Aceh region of Sumatra. It was harvested in the Pantan Musara villages and processed at the Asman Gayo mill, in the Pegasing district of Takengon.

    TASTING

An incredible espresso, a balanced filter, and a comforting milk-based beverage! We recommend our Pantan Musara especially for espresso lovers, as it is an infusion method that harmonizes all its aromas and presents this coffee in its most elegant form: a smooth body adorned with vine-like aromas and the sweetest finish! Opting for a manual filter to extract this Sumatra batch is also an excellent choice. We recommend a fine grind and a large-volume filter for the best results. This batch deserves an infusion that explicitly showcases all its aromas to impress newcomers and rekindle the enthusiasm of coffee enthusiasts! Enjoy a pleasant tasting experience with this versatile coffee that is sure to impress. Happy tasting!
