    TASTING

We are thrilled to introduce our new summer blend! For the fourth consecutive year, we are offering a blend specially designed to complement the summer season. This year, we remain true to our tradition with a 50-50 mix of natural and washed coffee. We may not be weather experts, but this is our way of predicting (or rather hoping) that this summer will be particularly bright and lively. At least, in your cup of coffee!

Expect a delicately citrusy cup of coffee with a tang of red fruits. This blend offers an oily and smooth texture, similar to that of tea. It reminds us of a refreshing summer lemonade! Its body is punctuated with stone fruit aromas and finishes with subtle vanilla notes.

When we close our eyes and take a sip, we are transported by a dense yet gentle summer breeze, filled with the scent of fragrant flowers. It’s enough to make you want to get up from your seat and head to the nearest park to enjoy the warmth of the sun, coffee in hand, of course.

    ORIGIN

We have blended a Rwandan coffee with a wonderful washed Ethiopian for this new blend! A naturally processed harvest and a washed harvest. Those of you familiar with our Ethiopian offerings will recognize the taste of nectarines present in the Danche Chelbesa. These beans have been combined with our new natural Rwandan, the Kinini Village, to create a truly delicate experience. The best of both worlds!

    DRINKING

Of course, we recommend this coffee for any iced brew - it is summer after all! However, this coffee will also be excellent in any type of infusion. It is particularly good as an espresso, perfect for an afternoon espresso tonic.

Help me choose the right grind.
